Path2Medic account deletion and subscription cancellation, explained.

What deletion means

Deleting your account is permanent and removes your profile, saved answers, practice history and course progress.
Any live membership is cancelled at once — you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not automatically refunded; contact us within the refund window if you want one.
Purchase records we must keep for accounting are kept with your contact details removed. Stripe keeps its own payment records.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You can also start it from the Path2Medic app's Account tab.

Cancelling is different from deleting

If you only want to stop payments, cancel the subscription from your account page instead. Cancelling keeps your account: you can still sign in on the website and app, your saved answers and history stay, and you can resubscribe any time. Deleting removes everything above.

Delete your account

Sign in first, then come back to this page to delete your account. Accounts managed by an academy (for example Rescue Academy or JP Medic) are handled in their own portals.
