How to contact us
The fastest way to reach us is email: vincent@path2medic.com. We read every message and write back ourselves. To help us help you quickly, include:
- the email address on your Path2Medic account,
- the device you use (for example, iPhone, iPad, or an Android phone or tablet), and
- what you were trying to do and what happened — the exact words of any error message help.
Common questions
I can't sign in, or I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen — it opens the reset page on our website. You can also go there directly at path2medic.com/forgot-password. Use the email address you signed up with. If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
My confirmation email didn't arrive
When you create an account, we email you a link to confirm your address. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first. You can also open the app, sign in with the same email, and tap Resend email on the Confirm your email screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I create a free account in the app?
Download the Path2Medic app, open it, and choose Create account. Enter your email address, choose a password, pick your certification level, then confirm your email using the link we send you. The same account works on path2medic.com — your practice and course progress follow you between the app and the website.
Where do I manage my membership or courses?
Memberships and courses are managed on path2medic.com. Purchases are never made inside the app — instead, the app signs you into everything your account already has, on any supported device. If you are an academy student, your account and courses are managed through your academy portal.
Military or government verification
Military and government members can verify at path2medic.com/for-veterans. You only verify once: verification is permanent and stays on your account.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account yourself — no email or support request needed — at path2medic.com/delete-account (sign in first), or from the Account tab in the app. Deletion is permanent and cancels any live membership, so read what it removes before you start.
