What you actually take

A full-length practice exam.

No filler. No gimmicks. Practice questions written in the same item formats the NREMT uses, with Clinical Judgment scenarios modeled on the post-2024 blueprint. The same item bank my coaching clients work through — you get it standalone, with the report that makes it useful.

Real exam scope

EMT: 120 questions across all 5 process-oriented domains in the post-2024 NREMT EMT blueprint. Paramedic: 140 questions across all 6 content domains, including the heaviest Clinical Judgment weighting in the field.

All 5–6 TEI formats

Multi-Response, Bow-tie, Drag and Drop, Ordered Build, plus Hot Spot on Paramedic. Same formats the post-2024 NREMT actually uses. Most competitors only test plain multiple choice.

About 2 hours

Single sitting, no notes. Question order randomized per attempt. Your answers save automatically. The more honestly you take it, the more useful your report.

Desktop or laptop required — the TEI question formats use drag interactions that don’t work on touchscreens.

The report

The depth competitors don't ship.

Every section below is in every report. Hand-reviewed. No auto-generated fluff, no motivational filler, no “keep going!” close. Just the data that tells you what to study, ranked by impact.

Domain mastery

Score by NREMT domain — for EMT: Scene Size-up, Primary Assessment, Secondary Assessment, Patient Treatment & Transport, Operations. For Paramedic: Airway, Cardiology, Trauma, Medical/OB-Gyn, EMS Operations, Clinical Judgment. Status chips on each: On Track, Developing, Priority. Sorted weakest-first.

TEI format performance

How you did on each question type. The MR over-selection pattern, the OB adjacent-step swaps, the BL sequencing errors. Where strategy beats content.

Clinical Judgment step analysis

Performance across all six CJ steps (Recognize, Analyze, Define Hypothesis, Generate, Take Action, Evaluate). Radar chart. Maps weak steps back to the domains driving them.

Error patterns

Specific, actionable. "You over-selected on 3 of 4 MR items." "All 6 Cardio misses landed in Analyze Cues." Not random; named patterns with question IDs.

Prioritized study plan

3-5 focus areas ranked by expected score improvement per hour of study. Not a calendar; not a generic schedule. The areas that move your readiness the most.

Missed-question detail

Every question you missed with its domain, CJ step, your answer, the correct answer, and severity tag. Use this to verify the patterns the report names.

Hand-reviewed by Vincent. Reports are template-driven but personally checked before sending — if the analytics surface something off (rare), I rewrite the relevant section by hand. Your report doesn't leave my review queue until I'm satisfied with it.

Honest math: If you take three full mock exams over three months, MedicTests runs $102 and gives you a score and a domain percentage each time. Our $59 Paramedic diagnostic is one exam — with the report depth they don't ship. Different shape, different price, your call.

Who reviews your report
